The role

Work that must hold up
in the real world.

Assignments vary from a focused installation day to multi-day builds and live delivery. Specialist weapons and historical equipment are handled only under the agreed production and safety plan.

What the work may include

  • Set construction, assembly, dressing and safe installation.
  • Calm on-site support around clients, performers, guests and filming crews.
  • Strike, collection and organised return of objects and equipment.

What we are looking for

  • Safe tool handling and practical construction or production ability.
  • Physical readiness for loading, installation and changing site conditions.
  • Reliable teamwork, punctuality and clear communication under pressure.
  • Respect for handling plans, valuable objects and confidential productions.

Useful, but not essential for every assignment

  • A driving licence, own transport, carpentry, metalwork or electrical skills.
  • Previous film, theatre, exhibition, festival or live-event experience.
