What “private experience” means

Designed around
your people and place.

An Archaeopolis experience is a bookable, guest-facing cultural encounter created for a private group. It may be intimate or expansive, but the people present do not simply watch: they taste, handle, listen, learn, move and participate.

For
Private hosts, families, villas, yachts, hotels, concierges and selected travel partners
Where
Private residences, hospitality settings, yachts and suitable cultural or outdoor venues
Format
One focused programme or a bespoke combination of dining, performance, craft and participation
Scale
Defined after the brief according to guests, setting, access, safety and production requirements

Planning a larger public programme? Festivals, institutional commissions and complete destination programmes belong under Events. Film sets, prop hire and screen-production support belong under Film & Production.

A world entered through the senses

See it. Hold it.
Taste it. Remember it.

Every private experience is composed around the setting and the people who will enter it. These images come from Archaeopolis gatherings, reconstructed tables and participatory encounters.
