Designed around your audience

A company occasion.
A shared experience.

For a launch, a gathering of international creators or an evening with clients, the programme needs a reason for people to engage. We connect the idea to what guests see, taste, hear and do.

Our work for Ubisoft and the Greek National Tourism Organisation shows how cultural research becomes a live programme or an experiential exhibition. That approach informs each new corporate brief.

01

Brand activations & launches

Give a product, story or campaign a physical setting. We develop the creative concept, scenography and live encounters around what the brand wants its audience to discover.

02

Press & creator experiences

Participatory programmes for media, creators and invited guests. Activities, hosts and settings are prepared for both the people taking part and the crews capturing the experience.

03

Corporate dining & hospitality

Historical gastronomy, reconstructed tableware, music and interpretation composed for client dinners, company celebrations and hospitality around a meeting or conference.

04

Team & cultural programmes

Shared encounters through food, craft, movement and Greek culture. The pace and degree of participation are shaped around your group, the available space and the time together.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
A game world, encountered in person.

From 17–21 September 2018, an international creator and filming programme followed four parallel itineraries across mainland and island Greece. Archaeopolis delivered the historical activity programme, bringing guests into the world of the game through food, movement, material culture and performance.

  • Historical gastronomy with two distinct event menus.
  • Archery, ancient athletic activities, combat training and falconry.
  • Reconstructed equipment, costume, music and mythological performance.
  • Set design, historical props, consultancy and choreography for promotional production.

The result was a connected sequence of encounters that guests could participate in and crews could film. The complete case study presents the programme, menus and selected event photographs.

Culture within
a business gathering.

For “Greece, the Land of Wellbeing” at St. George Lycabettus in Athens, Archaeopolis curated the experiential exhibition accompanying the GNTO symposium.

The commission connected material culture with audiovisual storytelling: a seven-part journey through Greek tourism posters and a separate animated film on ancient gastronomy, developed with Nikos Zappas.

This work demonstrates an exhibition and cultural programme designed to extend a professional gathering beyond the conference room.

From brand brief to live programme

What we plan.
What we deliver.

  1. 01
    Audience and purpose

We begin with the brand, occasion, guests and desired experience. Your dates, location, budget parameters and existing agency or venue team shape the brief.

  2. 02
    Concept and guest programme

You receive a proposed creative direction and sequence of encounters, with the role of dining, performance, objects and participation explained.

  3. 03
    Production and coordination

The agreed scope brings together the creative team, materials, venue requirements, specialist partners and production schedule. Rehearsals and practical alternatives are planned around the setting.

  4. 04
    Live delivery

Archaeopolis directs its commissioned programme on site, coordinating installation, performers and cues with the wider event team. Filming and documentation are agreed as part of the brief.

Planning questions

Before the
first proposal.

What kinds of corporate events does Archaeopolis create?

We create brand activations, launch experiences, press and creator programmes, corporate dining and participatory cultural events. Each commission combines an original concept with the agreed production and on-site delivery.

Can you work with our event agency or DMC?

Yes. We can lead the complete Archaeopolis creative production or deliver a defined programme within an event managed by your agency, DMC, hotel or venue. The proposal makes responsibilities clear.

Do all corporate experiences need an Ancient Greek theme?

No. Ancient Greek culture is our defining specialism, but the concept starts with your audience and purpose. Food, craft, music, hospitality and storytelling can inform a contemporary brand experience without requiring guests to wear historical costume.

Can you arrange the venue and technical services?

When included in the agreed scope, Archaeopolis coordinates appropriate venue, hospitality and technical partners. The proposal identifies the services and responsibilities assigned to each team.

Do you work outside Athens?

Yes. Based in Athens, we develop corporate programmes across Greece, including mainland and island destinations. Location, access, guest numbers and production requirements determine the practical plan.
