These terms govern use of the Archaeopolis website. Individual experiences, productions, rentals and commissioned objects are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

The site presents Archaeopolis services, selected realised projects, research, archive material, concept proposals and objects available by enquiry. Project records are labelled according to the evidence available and should not be read as an offer capable of automatic acceptance.
Submitting a form does not create a booking, sale or production agreement. Dates, scope, prices, transport, permissions, insurance and availability are confirmed only in writing.
Made-to-order objects, historical equipment and bespoke productions may require measurements, deposits, staged approvals and destination-specific arrangements.
Unless otherwise stated, the site's text, design, Archaeopolis concepts, photographs from the Archaeopolis archive and original presentation material are protected. Third-party names, trademarks, films and archival references remain the property of their respective owners. No material may be reproduced commercially without permission.
Archaeopolis distinguishes documented evidence, historically informed reconstruction, interpretation and creative adaptation. Historical knowledge evolves, and the site may be revised as records and research are verified.
External links are provided for context and evidence. Archaeopolis does not control their content or continued availability. We aim to keep this site reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful material, impersonate another person or use Archaeopolis content in a misleading way.
Specific commercial terms, cancellation rules, usage rights, safety requirements and liability provisions will be stated in the written agreement for each commission. Those project-specific terms take precedence over this general website notice.
