From international brief to a site-specific plan.
Archaeopolis undertook the pre-production planning for an international, multi-zone cultural activation in Athens, Greece, working with a cultural organisation based in the United Arab Emirates.
The project involved translating an international cultural brief into a site-specific production plan, combining creative production planning, spatial design, technical feasibility, temporary exhibition infrastructure, audiovisual requirements, supplier coordination, production scheduling and detailed budgeting.
The proposed activation brought together multiple cultural and experiential environments, requiring integrated exhibition planning, technical production coordination and site-specific infrastructure design.
Within a highly compressed planning schedule, Archaeopolis coordinated on-site assessments and developed a comprehensive local production proposal covering venue layouts, technical specifications, exhibition infrastructure, supplier sourcing, operational logistics and detailed production budgeting.
