Real commissions.
Two different worlds.

The work shown here comes from Archaeopolis project photography. Client identities, private guests and exact venues remain confidential.

What Archaeopolis does in Mykonos

One creative direction.
A production built around it.

The starting point is not a catalogue of entertainment. It is the occasion: who is gathering, why they are there, how the evening should move and what must remain with them afterwards.

Archaeopolis can lead the complete creative production or work alongside a client's planner, villa, hotel, concierge, DMC or production team. Scope and responsibility are agreed before the work begins.

How we plan events across Greece

Creative event planning & production

What we can lead.
What holds the night together.

01

Concept & guest journey

The central idea, programme and rhythm of the event are shaped around the occasion, the people in the room and the character of the setting.

02

Dining & atmosphere

Food, table, light, sound and spatial details are developed as parts of one evening rather than separate supplier additions.

03

Music & live performance

Musicians, performers, movement, transitions and cues are composed around the event arc, with rehearsal and production requirements defined in advance.

04

Production & delivery

Archaeopolis directs the agreed creative production through preparation, installation, rehearsal and delivery on site in Mykonos.

Planning for the actual place

Mykonos changes
the production plan.

The strongest concept still needs a realistic setting, access plan, technical structure and clear division of responsibility.

01

Setting

Villa, hotel, restaurant, yacht or outdoor environment—and what the chosen space permits.

02

Access

Load-in route, preparation areas, supplier access and the movement of guests through the event.

03

Weather

Wind, heat, shade and a realistic contingency for exposed or outdoor settings.

04

Sound

The musical format, technical system, venue conditions and the appropriate local specialists.

05

Privacy

Guest photography, publication boundaries, confidentiality and the handling of the visual record.

06

Partners

Which responsibilities sit with Archaeopolis and which remain with the venue, planner, DMC or local team.

Clear scope · Strong collaboration

Creative lead,
without blurred roles.

Archaeopolis can lead
  • Concept and narrative
  • Guest journey and programme
  • Dining, music and performance direction
  • Scenography and cultural material
  • Rehearsal and on-site creative delivery
With the appropriate local team
  • Venue contracting and permissions
  • Accommodation and transportation
  • Specialist audiovisual systems
  • Security and wider destination logistics
  • Venue-specific operational requirements

Archaeopolis is presented accurately as a creative event-planning and immersive-production studio—not as a generic supplier directory or an independent DMC for every category of ground handling.

Planning questions

Before a proposal,
clarity.

Can Archaeopolis plan a complete private event in Mykonos?

Yes. Archaeopolis can lead an end-to-end Archaeopolis production from concept through on-site delivery. Where the brief requires venue contracting, accommodation, transfers, security, specialist audiovisual systems or wider destination logistics, the appropriate local partners are included and responsibilities are defined clearly.

Do you only create Ancient Greek or historical events?

No. Ancient Greek culture is a defining specialism, not a restriction. Archaeopolis also develops contemporary private events, dining experiences, music-led evenings, brand gatherings and performances shaped through cultural intelligence and creative production.

Can you work with our existing villa, hotel, planner or concierge?

Yes. Archaeopolis can lead the creative production or join an appointed Mykonos team. The collaboration model is agreed before production begins so there are no gaps or duplicated responsibilities.

Can an international client plan the event remotely?

Yes. The brief, concept and production decisions can be developed remotely, with the agreed team coordinated in Greece through installation and live delivery in Mykonos.

How do you handle confidential private events?

Privacy requirements are defined at the brief stage. Guest photography, access to production information, publication permissions and the handling of any visual record can be restricted according to the commission.
