CYCLES brought together artists with a connection to Mykonos across the Municipal Gallery's Kalogera and Matogianni spaces from 23 October to 3 November. The announced work ranged from photography and video to jewellery, papier-mâché sculpture, prints, ceramics and mixed media. Live music, readings and screenings gave visitors more than a static sequence of objects and helped the show operate as a small cultural gathering.
Its late-season timing mattered: the exhibition placed locally connected artistic activity in the foreground after the peak summer programme. The use of two halls and several media invited visitors to move between formats and meet different makers under one collective identity. Archaeopolis's public cultural-event work provides another view of multi-format programming, but the CYCLES exhibition was created and presented by its own collective and gallery partners.

Experience-production note
The format moves beyond hanging artworks and treats the gallery as a temporary social infrastructure. Multiple media and live programme elements reactivate Mykonos Town after the peak summer season.
