Archaeopolis leads the creative planning, direction and immersive production of events in Greece and internationally. Depending on the brief, we can manage the complete Archaeopolis-led production or collaborate with the client’s existing planner, venue, hotel or production team.

When venue sourcing, accommodation, transportation, floral design, audiovisual systems, photography, security or specialist guest logistics are required, we coordinate the appropriate local partners. Your proposal defines the scope, responsibilities and production structure, including the services assigned to each partner.

Can Archaeopolis plan a complete event in Greece?

Yes. Archaeopolis can lead an end-to-end, Archaeopolis-led event production, from the initial concept and programme development to partner coordination, installation and on-site delivery. The exact scope is agreed for each commission.

Can you coordinate local venues and production partners?

Yes. When the brief requires services such as venue sourcing, accommodation, transportation, floral design, audiovisual systems, photography, security or specialist guest logistics, we coordinate the appropriate hotels, DMCs, planners and local production partners.

Do you work with international clients planning events from abroad?

Yes. Based in Athens and working across Greece and internationally, Archaeopolis can develop the brief remotely, coordinate the appropriate team in Greece and manage the agreed production through on-site delivery.

Can clients in the United States and abroad follow the event remotely?

Yes. Archaeopolis can arrange secure live video access and real-time production updates from the venue, supported where appropriate by Starlink satellite connectivity. Remote access can cover agreed stages such as setup, rehearsals and event delivery. Availability depends on venue permissions, guest and staff privacy requirements, local conditions, technical feasibility and the agreed production plan.

Do you only create Ancient Greek events?

No. Ancient Greek culture is a defining specialism, but Archaeopolis also works across the wider Greco-Roman, Byzantine and Mediterranean worlds, as well as contemporary events shaped through cultural storytelling and immersive production.
